Our Story
Since our humble beginnings way back in 2004 as Modulare Forged, we have been designing and manufacturing the finest quality automotive jewelry, one set at a time, utlilizing the highest quality T6-6061 forged aluminum. Our product team has over a combined 60 years of experience making your wheel dreams come true. Now rebranded as Signal Forged, we begin our 3rd decade with a renewed focus towards the modern client’s expectations and demands. Every set of Signal Forged Wheels is made to order, catering to each client’s specific wants and needs, with a variety of 1, 2, and 3-piece configurations tailor made to each vehicle.
The production process
Each Signal Forged Wheel starts life as aerospace grade T6-6061 forged aluminum, which is carefully inspected prior to production. Each part is then individually milled on a HAAS CNC mill, based off our specific engineering process and design. Once the machined parts are set, they are checked by quality control to certify proper technical specs before heading off the pre-polishing…this extra step is often skipped by other wheel manufacturers in an attempt to save time and cost, but we feel it is critical in order to get the best possible final finish available. 3-piece wheels are all assembled, trued, and torqued by hand.

Our goal is perfection from start to finish, in every aspect of every single wheel…from the initial technical specification to the finished product. Our technicians inspect every part of the wheel process to ensure there are no mistakes or imperfections. Additionally, our team is continuously discovering new techniques and approaches to enhance the process and to deliver only the very best for our clients.
All Signal Forged wheels are backed by a 2-year limited warranty.
Bespoke Design Service
Signal Forged offers a bespoke design service for those clients wanting something exclusive and truly unique. Our team of designers and engineers will work with you to come up with something custom tailored at your direction and made exclusively for you. All design services will include Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and a proper engineering structural review to ensure the safety and compliance for the intended application.
