A new chapter begins | Modulare Forged is now SIGNAL Forged

After Modulare Forged hit the 20-year mark back in 2024, we felt perhaps it was time to inject some fresh life into the look and feel of our overall brand –  so at that point, we engaged in a complete overhaul of our branding and marketing, leaving no stone unturned.  After some internal discussions, we decided perhaps this would be a good time to change the name of our brand – after all, the original name harked back to an era when we only made multi-piece wheels (Modulare – Italian for “Modular”) and when the monoblock programs came on board in 2010, the name actually no longer made sense…but we had built up some good brand equity with the Modulare name at the time, so we just decided just to stay the course with the original branding package.  Long story short – we had actually wanted to change the name a while back, but just never did it…until now.

After consulting with fellow Porsche enthusiast Allan Aquas of AllanArt Design (http://www.allanart.com), a design concept was created, using a typeface font from a long-defunct high school business venture (IYKYK) along with the original colors from the Modulare branding as a homage to our roots.  After reviewing hundreds of possible names – Signal Forged was born.  But, The Modulare name and logo aren’t going away for good – they will continue to live on in our Heritage Collection and also a new exciting project in the future.
